1. General
Maison Violett Atelier (organisation number: 791205xxxx ) applies both the Distance Contracts Act and the Consumer Purchases Act. To shop in our webshop, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
2. Prices and Payment
All prices are in SEK and include VAT (25%). We offer secure payment via KLARNA / STRIPE / CARD PAYMENT.
3. Shipping and Delivery
We offer free shipping within Sweden. Delivery time is normally 3-5 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Return
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your item.
The item must be returned in its original condition and original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping, unless otherwise agreed.
5. Complaints
If an item is damaged or faulty, contact us immediately. We follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
6. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
When you place an order with us, you provide your personal data. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. According to GDPR, you have the right to receive the information we have registered about you.
